Part-time development work provides an additional source of income for individuals, allowing some rural residents to have more financial strength to support the various renovations in the "Seven Changes and One Increase" policy. For example, through part-time income, residents can more easily afford the costs of house renovation and toilet renovation, which accelerates the implementation of the policy.

At the same time, the technology and innovative thinking brought by part-time development work have also injected new vitality into the "Seven Changes and One Increase" policy. Some people engaged in related part-time jobs have introduced advanced design concepts and technical means into rural areas, providing more possibilities for rural transformation.

In addition, the personal abilities and teamwork spirit cultivated by part-time development work have also promoted the self-development of rural residents and the improvement of community cohesion to a certain extent. This helps them better participate in the implementation and management of the "Seven Changes and One Increase" policy and work together for a better future for rural areas.

However, part-time development work is not always smooth sailing. In rural areas, problems such as incomplete network facilities and limited information access channels have brought many inconveniences to part-time work. At the same time, due to the relatively low level of knowledge and skills of rural residents, they may face greater competitive pressure and technical difficulties when participating in part-time development work.

In order to better play the role of part-time job development in promoting the "Seven Changes and One Increase" policy, the government and all sectors of society should take positive measures. First, strengthen the construction of network infrastructure in rural areas, improve network coverage and speed, and provide good hardware conditions for part-time work. Secondly, carry out relevant skills training and knowledge popularization activities to improve the information technology level and professional quality of rural residents and enhance their competitiveness in the part-time job market. In addition, establish and improve information service platforms, timely release part-time job information and related policies, and provide more opportunities and guidance for rural residents.

In short, although part-time development and employment have provided support to the "seven changes and one increase" policy of Xixia County, Nanyang City, Henan Province to a certain extent, to achieve the deep integration and coordinated development of the two, it still requires the joint efforts of all parties to overcome various difficulties and challenges. Only in this way can we truly improve the quality of life of rural residents and achieve sustainable development in rural areas.
