Under the current wave of globalization and digitalization, various economic activities and social operation modes are undergoing profound changes. Among them, a new trend has emerged in the field of project cooperation - finding suitable partners in a more flexible and efficient way, which we will call the "new project cooperation model" for the time being. The Paris Olympics, as a world-renowned sports event, not only shows the promotion of sportsmanship, but also reflects the comprehensive strength of a country, especially its cultural and economic heritage. From preparation to hosting, the Paris Olympics involves huge capital investment, complex project planning and extensive resource integration. France's successful hosting of this event is partly due to its unique cultural charm and solid economic foundation. The cultural characteristics of "freedom, equality and romance" have injected unique vitality and appeal into the Olympics, attracting participants and spectators from all over the world. At the same time, strong economic strength provides strong support for infrastructure construction, event organization and logistics support. Looking back at the "new project cooperation model", its core lies in breaking the limitations of traditional cooperation models and integrating resources in a more open and flexible way. Compared with the traditional project cooperation model, the new model is no longer limited to fixed partners or long-term cooperative relationships, but through various channels and platforms, it quickly finds temporary partners who can meet the needs of the project. The emergence of this model is largely driven by the development of digital technology. The popularity of the Internet has made information dissemination faster and more extensive. Project demanders can publish project information more conveniently, and potential partners can also obtain this information more easily and decide whether to participate based on their own circumstances. In the new project cooperation model, the project publisher needs to express the project requirements more clearly and accurately, including project goals, task decomposition, time nodes, budget constraints, etc. Only in this way can we attract truly suitable partners. At the same time, potential partners also need to have the ability to respond quickly and adapt to changes. Because in this temporary cooperative relationship, project requirements and environment may change at any time, and participants need to be able to adjust strategies and actions in a timely manner. In addition, the trust mechanism is also particularly important in the new project cooperation model. Since the partners may have no previous cooperation experience, and even no direct face-to-face communication during the cooperation process, establishing a trusting relationship has become the key to successful cooperation. Project publishers need to select reliable partners through reasonable evaluation and screening mechanisms; while partners need to complete project tasks with integrity and professionalism to win the trust of publishers and subsequent cooperation opportunities. From a broader social perspective, the new project cooperation model is of great significance for promoting economic development and social innovation. It provides more opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs to participate in large-scale projects, promotes market competition and optimal resource allocation. At the same time, this model also helps to break down industry barriers and geographical restrictions, and achieve cross-field and cross-regional cooperation and innovation. However, the new project cooperation model is not perfect. In the actual operation process, some challenges and problems may be faced. For example, information asymmetry may make it difficult for project publishers to find truly suitable partners, or partners may have a misunderstanding of project requirements; the communication and coordination costs in the cooperation process may be high, especially when multiple partners with different backgrounds are involved; due to the temporary and uncertain nature of the cooperative relationship, there may be certain legal risks and unclear responsibilities. In order to meet these challenges, all parties need to work together. The government and relevant agencies can introduce relevant policies and regulations to regulate the development of new project cooperation models and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. At the same time, industry associations and social organizations can play the role of bridges and ties, promote exchanges and cooperation between project publishers and partners, and establish a good industry ecology. For the companies and individuals involved, they need to continuously improve their capabilities and qualities to adapt to the changes brought about by this new cooperation model. In general, the new project cooperation model is a product of the development of the times, and there is a subtle connection between it and the French culture and economic heritage displayed by the Paris Olympics. France successfully hosted the Olympic Games with its unique charm and strength, bringing a wonderful sports feast to the world; and the new project cooperation model provides new ideas and ways for future economic development and social innovation. We have reason to believe that in the continuous exploration and practice, this model will continue to improve and develop, and make greater contributions to the progress of human society.

To sum up, although the new project cooperation model faces challenges, it has great potential and is worthy of our in-depth study and active exploration.
